[About the actual car]
- The E-100 was designed as a super-heavy tank under the E Plan, which aimed to standardize tanks by weight and increase productivity by standardizing various components used in the development of tanks, which had previously been extremely complex.
- This vehicle was deployed in combat towards the end of the war, when the German army was suffering from severe shortages of supplies and technology was ahead of production.
- The most distinctive feature of the E-100G model is, undoubtedly, its twin cannons.
- Among the several derivatives, the Ḡ-type twin gun had one gunner and the guns were raised and lowered coaxially, but since there were two loaders, the guns could be fired either simultaneously or one at a time in alternating fashion.
- Despite being a super-heavy tank, the E-100 uses tracks the width of a medium tank.
- This was due to the considerable torque provided by the 1,200 horsepower of the Maybach HL234 engine used in the Biela-Fussler type, and the optimized weight distribution of the 16 wheels on each side and rear drive wheel system eliminated the need to widen the track width, resulting in a small turning radius that was not befitting of its large size (pilot turns were not performed as a rule except in emergencies to avoid damage to the tracks).

[About the model]
- This model is a 1/35 scale plastic model assembly kit of the E-100G `Doppeladler (Double-Headed Eagle)`, a tank that would have been developed and used by the German army if the end of World War II had been two years later.
- Its main feature was the twin 52-caliber 10.5 cm gun mounted in a rotating turret.
- The barrel can be moved up and down even after completion, and the turret can be rotated 360 degrees.
- The two gun barrels create a powerful appearance.
- The shape of the turret is based on Rocket Models' own original research, and faithfully reproduces the fine details of each part, the shape of the turret with a built-in rangefinder, and welding marks.
- In addition, the body of the vehicle is realistically reproduced down to the smallest detail, with the staggered layout of the wheels and suspension also realistically reproduced.
